Hello to all! We are conducting a research survey on patients who have a myeloproliferative neoplasm to understand what people think about bone marrow transplant. We would like to hear from those who have NOT yet had a bone marrow transplant (It is OK if you have met with a bone marrow transplant specialist, though if you haven’t we would like to hear from you as well). We are interested in hearing from all patients with myeloproliferative neoplasm (including primary myelofibrosis, post essential thrombocythemia myelofibrosis, post polycythemia vera myelofibrosis, polycythemia vera or essential thrombocythemia).

This research survey will ask questions about your views are on bone marrow transplantation. It is not important whether you have been to a bone marrow transplant consultation or not, we would like to hear everyone’s thoughts about it.

We will be sharing the final results of this survey, however, there will be no link of your personal information to this survey.
